About Finders Keepers Outdoor Markets
"Finders Keepers," a name idea that came from my new partner Kelley, is the most affordable paid selling venue anywhere in Colorado. At just $10 per regular booth space, it makes it very easy for even 1st-time sellers to give it a try, while practicing their selling techniques.
We rent a sizeable vacant lot from Living Grace Baptist Church, located just a half block to the east of the 35th Avenue and 22nd Street intersection in west-central Greeley. We donate to the church monthly to compensate them for the use of their lot. We also pay them for the use of their bathrooms inside the building during our events.
Regular booth spaces run just $10 each, which is the lowest booth space price anywhere in Colorado! Regular booth spaces measure 16 feet wide by 19 feet deep. Basically, a regular booth space is equal to 2 standard vehicle parking spaces, side-by-side.
So that we can accommodate a WIDE variety of merchandise being sold, we have created 3 distinct sections of the lot. We assign those who sell only handmade things to one section, and those who sell only flea market, bulk purchased resale stuff, and used stuff in another section. To accommodate those sellers who want to sell BOTH handmade things along with used and flea market stuff, we also have a third section of the sales lot for them as well. Shoppers just LOVE the wide variety of things they see throughout the full lot.

Note that after unloading their things in their booth spaces in the morning, all vendors will move their vehicles to the grassy area on the west (left side in the picture) side of the lot. That is where our vendor parking is.
Both shoppers and sellers can follow us on Facebook as a way of keeping up with everything going on with the Finders Keepers events from season to season. We have been approved by the church to set up our 2026 dates as follows:

Vendors will check in between 6am and 8am, with shopping running from 9am thru 2pm.
