It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. Trinkets-n-Treasures was founded as a brick-and-mortar store in downtown Greeley, Colorado by my former business partner Kristi and I.  Our goals have always included to provide our shoppers with unique, handcrafted treasures.  At first, we displayed the many wonderful things created by local crafters/makers who rented space from us in our store.  Of course, Kristi and I made, displayed, and sold our own things as well.  However, we were always extremely prideful about helping our local maker teammates get their products in front of members of our community who would stop in on any given day.  

 

Though we were never late with rent and put up with multiple hazards that came with being in an old building, the local building owner who rented our brick-and-mortar place to us elected to ask us to leave in 2025.   He chose making higher rent profits over loyalty to us, giving us a mere 6 weeks to remove everything we built and maintained for just under 7 years!  

 

Kristi and I went our separate ways, but I have now moved on to sponsor a series of fun and exciting outdoor seller events in west-central Greeley.  For this rewarding endeavor I have brought onboard a wonderful new friend of mine whom I met just a few months ago, whose name is Kelley.  Together with Kelley and her son Cody, we have created a sellers series we affectionately call:  "Finders Keepers."   We partner on this projecdt with a small local Baptist church named, "Living Grace Baptist Church." Finders Keepers provides a very affordable outdoor selling market to local sellers, while these efforts provide a pleasant fundraising activity for the church. This brings us to what I'm doing with Trinkets-n-Treasures now!  While I will remain devoted to our outdoor event planning efforts.  However, I am also hoping to use this web site to create an online presence for both Trinkets-n-Treasures as well as for our Finders Keepers outdoor events. 

 

But WAIT!  There's MORE!  (I just had to say it that way!  ha ha)  I also hope to create a page or more on this site where I can also provide an affordable venue where local makers can promote themselves and what they do as well!  My sincere hope is that their affordable contributions as sponsors will help support and grow this site and make it the more effective tool we all want and seek!  I will proactively use Facebook groups to promote this web site and what it offers.
