Finders Keepers Sponsors
Sellers that are local to the Greeley, Colorado area who pay for booth spaces in our Finders Keepers Outdoor Markets are qualified to be added to the "Vendor Sponsors" page during the season, but removed after the season. These paid sellers get this service FREE of charge, but only during our Finders Keepers season.
Participation on this website for paid Finders Keepers sellers is voluntary, but they must still have at least one upcoming paid Finders Keepers event date for the current season. Their website entries remain in place for the full Finders Keepers season. At the end of our Finders Keepers season, we will remove all sponsor entries from this website, unless they request and purchase a Basic Sponsorship Plan, as outlined below.
Paid Finders Keepers sellers can stay on this website beyond our Finders Keepers season, as long as they choose to move to one of the other sponsorship options explained below. If no edits are needed as they move forward to a paid Sponsorship Plan, then only the monthly charge would apply.
Basic Sponsorship Plan
MONTHLHY =
After an initial "Setup Fee" of just $10 for the first month, your ongoing rate is just $5 per month. With this plan, we provide you with enough space for up to 300 descriptive words and one picture area. That picture area will be located either to the right or left of your written description section. You can either have one larger single all-encompassing picture, or you can submit an image that is made up of multiple pictures all contained within one.
You ARE permitted to submit more than one basic sponsorship request. Each sponsorship request will give you a separate combined image-descriptive text section. Multiple sponsorship requests can either go on the same Sponsor page, or on different pages.
CAUTION = If you submit a collage image that shows multiple pics all in one, be careful to not have so many pics that it'll be tough for people to see what's in each one of them.
EDITS AFTER POSTING =
If the edit requests are due to our errors, there will be no charge.
For slight changes to existing posts, we charge just $5 per sponsorship every month after the first one.
For Extensive or Complete Changes, we charge a 1-time fee of just $10.
Full Page Sponsorship
If you want a page all to yourself, we will ask for $20 for your initial "Setup Fee." Full-Page Sponsorships are reasonably flexible regarding how much content you want on that page. Generally, you can expect to be permitted to have up to 1,000 words of written content, and as many as 20 images total. We will discuss what your vision is for your page before we send you an emailed invoice for your billing.
Your setup fee will also cover your first month of exposure on that page.
Once your page has been set up, you will be given the right for final approval of it. Once you like the way your page is setup, your ongoing charges after the first month will be just $5 per month.
Each full-page sponsorship also comes with 1 free 15-minute edit/update session per month. Each "update session" is represented by adjustments made to anything on just one full-page sponsorship. Sponsor should email for a quote to confirm how long a requested edit or update will take. If more than a single minor edit is needed during any month, we will quote the charges for those changes. It's impossible to post a specific item price list for this type of thing, because people can be very creative with their requests. We won't invoice you your bill until we've quoted you our price, and you accept it.
SIDE NOTE: As long as no changes are needed any given month after the setup month, your ongoing monthly charge will be just $5 per full page sponsorship you have.
Sponsors may request more than one full-page sponsorship plan to run at the same time as well. The same rates will apply for both your "setup fee" and your monthly rate. Sellers can use these full-page sponsorship plans to almost have their own web sites without the hassles of maintaining the pages, etc.
How To Pay For Website Page Sponsorships
Because everyone's page needs will vary by complexity and materials quantities, we will invoice you by email through PayPal. That invoice will not be sent until we have shared what you need and we've quoted you a fee value that is acceptable to you.
We will also send you your PayPal invoices for paying your monthly fees as well. Each sponsor may choose to be invoiced either month-to-month, or in monthly increments by their choosing.
