What Are Finders Keepers Outdoor Market Events?
Finders Keepers outdoor market events are a series of monthly events Kelley and I have worked tirelessly to put together and maintain. Our hope is that we provide local sellers with the most affordable place to sell as compared with anywhere else in Colorado! At the same time, we are providing a useful fundraising effort for Living Grace Baptist Church of Greeley, Colorado!
With Finders Keepers, we will allow virtually anything to be sold! This means that local sellers can sell almost anything from handmade crafted things to used flea market-type goods, and direct sell and bulk purchased things. We are also actively inviting food vendors to join us as well. We know that a LOT of people need to find additional ways to bring in additional incomes for themselves and their families. We sincerely hope that Finders Keepers can help them with these efforts.
We will use our Trinkets-n-Treasures Facebook Page for promoting both our Finders keepers events as well as this web site.
Basic Seller Information
ADDRESS: 3251 W 22nd Street, Greeley, Colorado
We use the larger west lot that is owned by Living Grace Baptist Church.
Space Size
Selling spaces are offered in only one size for these outdoor events. They are all 16 Feet X 19 Feet. Basically, our selling spaces amount to two combined regular vehicle parking spaces.
Space Cost
$10.00 Per Space
If paid at least 7 days prior to the event date you desire. If you pay inside of 7 days of your desired date or in cash, your booth space rate is $15.
NOTE: No refunds will be granted once payments are made. If events are called off due to weather conditions. Only rainchecks will be offered for future Community Market event dates. Rainchecks must be used during the same season when they were awarded.
How To Pay
We highly recommend Venmo payments in advance of the events at this time. For the $10 booth space rate, we will only accept Venmo payments submitted at least 7 days from your desired event date. If paid inside of 7 days from your desired event date, your booth rate will be $15 per booth. The same is true if you choose to pay in cash.

Seller Parking
All sellers MUST park in the designated vendor parking section, which will be along the west end of the selling lot. We require this primarily for safety reasons, to prevent vehicle traffic on the lot while families and individuals are shopping the lot. It also helps to prevent sellers from leaving these events before they're officially over.
Bathroom Availability
Bathrooms will be available inside the church between 9am and 2pm on event dates.

If you're interested in selling with us during the 2026 season, first email us to check on the availability of booth spaces on the date(s) you want to secure. If available, feel free to ask for our contract and both information sheets below. Or you can print the contract and both information sheets through the links below. Your contract can be completed and signed online and emailed to us, and your payment will go through Venmo.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ONLY YOUR CONTRACT OR ONLY YOUR PAYMENT! We need both your contract and payment on the same day, or we'll delete what we do have until you can send us both.
