We have a need for helping with the Finders Keepers events!  We're looking for a crafter/maker vendor in particular. That is because all we can offer is a free booth space, and for that space to be up very near the end of the lot where the customer parking lot is.

JOB:  Helping Cody with assigning booth spaces in the morning during the vendor check-in period.

REQUIREMENTS: 

We need for our helper to be able to be at the lot by 5:15am or sooner each event date.  The reason is because we need to give the helper their space before the other vendors start getting checked in between 6am and 8am.  This helper would have time to at least partially set up for themselves before we start checking in the vendor group for that day.  

This helper will wear a brightly colored vest or shirt so that they can be seen quickly from across the lot.  But they can then remove it as soon as we stop checking people in at 8am.

This helper will assist Cody as them and Cody will first assign the vendors to specific booths after being checked in, and then they will follow up with vendors politely as they guide them to park in the vendor parking area as soon as possible.  This will help minimize the number of motor vehicles moving around the sales lot on event days.
